1. Services

1.1 Cleaning Services:

  • Shinee LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including basic cleaning, intermediate cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning.

  • Our services are customizable to meet the specific needs and budget of our clients.

1.2 On-Call Services:

  • Sub-contractor cleaners are hired on an on-call basis depending on the availability of new contracts.

  • Sub-contractors must pass a background check, hold a valid cleaning license, and be insured.

2. Pricing

2.1 Residential Cleaning:

  • Basic Cleaning: Starting at $0.12/sq ft

  • Intermediate Cleaning: Starting at $0.15/sq ft

  • Deep Cleaning: Starting at $0.18/sq ft

  • Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning: Starting at $0.20/sq ft

2.2 Commercial Cleaning:

  • Basic Cleaning: Starting at $0.11/sq ft

  • Intermediate Cleaning: Starting at $0.16/sq ft

  • Deep Cleaning: Starting at $0.23/sq ft

  • Post-Construction Cleaning: Starting at $0.35/sq ft

2.3 Payment Terms:

  • Prices are starting rates and may vary based on the condition and specific requirements of the cleaning area.

  • Payment is required either upfront for the first month or the entire year, depending on the contract terms.

3. Referral Program

3.1 Referral Bonuses:

  • Earn $50 for every new referred customer who signs a yearly contract.

  • Earn an additional $250 for every 5th new customer referred.

  • Referral bonuses will be paid out after the referred customer's initial payment has been received and the contract has been signed.

3.2 Eligibility:

  • The referral program is open to all existing Shinee LLC customers.

  • The referred customer must be a new client who has not previously engaged with Shinee LLC.

4. Giveaways and Promotions

4.1 Limited-Time Offers:

  • We offer a limited-time 20% discount on your next visit.

  • Promotional offers are subject to change and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Giveaway Terms:

  • Participation in any giveaway is voluntary and subject to the specific rules of the giveaway.

  • Winners will be selected randomly unless otherwise specified.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Sub-Contractor Terms

5.1 Requirements:

  • Sub-contractors must pass a background check, have a valid cleaning license, and be insured.

  • Must have proven cleaning experience and reliable transportation.

5.2 Compensation:

  • Competitive pay based on experience and contract specifics.

  • Incentive bonuses and tips may be available on certain occasions.

5.3 Work Environment:

  • Sub-contractors will work in a positive and supportive environment with opportunities for more hours and advancement.

6. General Terms

6.1 Modifications:

  • Shinee LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

6.2 Limitation of Liability:

  • Shinee LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6.3 Governing Law:

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Florida.
